Due to the nature of research products, Genova Peptides does not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Products must remain sealed, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for any return review before shipment.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear details.

Some products may be sensitive to temperature, handling, or storage conditions. Once shipped, Genova Peptides cannot guarantee how a package is handled by the carrier or the receiving party.

For this reason, opened, used, damaged, mishandled, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact Genova Peptides within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product received, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Our team will review the information and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or another resolution is appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
